Job Description:

Join our team in Omaha as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse at a Level I Trauma Center. This 13-week contract offers the chance to work during overnight 12-hour night shifts, handling high-acuity cases such as trauma, strokes, seizures, and chest pain. You’ll be the go-to clinical expert for rapid patient assessments, interpreting monitors, managing trauma protocols, and assisting with complex, fast-paced situations. This role isn’t just about routine care; it’s about demonstrating your skills in a critical environment that requires a blend of technical proficiency and quick thinking to deliver optimal patient outcomes. The department emphasizes certifications like BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC, with NRP preferred. The fast-paced setting provides unique opportunities to enhance your trauma care expertise while working with an interdisciplinary team committed to excellence.
