Job Description:

Join the team at St. Lukes Health Brazosport in Lake Jackson, TX, as an Occupational Therapist for a 13-week contract. You'll work five days a week, eight hours each day, providing therapy services to geriatric and adult patients on a 12-bed Acute Rehabilitation Unit. This role involves performing physical transfers, utilizing Arjo lift equipment, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is adaptable, a team player, and experienced in inpatient rehab with skills in managing conditions such as CVA, hip fractures, and general debility. You'll be working primarily with Epic electronic health records and ensuring patient comfort and safety while handling a varied case load. This assignment offers a competitive guaranteed weekly hours and the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive hospital environment.
