Job Description:

Join a Level 1 trauma center as an ER Registered Nurse, working 12-hour day shifts with alternating weekends and holidays. This role involves providing critical patient support in a fast-paced environment that includes a dedicated pediatric ED, stroke, and STEMI protocols. You'll be floating between the Emergency Department and ED observation units, ensuring smooth operations and quality care delivery. Expect active days that require constant movement, reaching, and handling objects over 20 lbs. The shift schedule offers a mix of routine and flexibility, challenging your adaptability and clinical skills in a 24/7 facility. ACLS and PALS certifications are required, with CPI preferred, for this dynamic and rewarding assignment.
