Job Description:

This 13-week contract offers a chance for registered nurses skilled in telemetry and IV starts to work night shifts in a busy surgical unit. You'll be providing specialized care to colorectal, general surgery, hepatobiliary, and orthopedic/spine patients. The role features a 12-hour night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, with a typical weekly commitment of 36 hours. The unit operates on a self-scheduling system and requires occasional float coverage. It is essential to have at least two years of experience, with a focus on telemetry and IV skills, along with BLS certification. Due to strict policies, RTO requests after booking are not permitted, and unapproved time off may result in cancellation. This assignment is an excellent fit for those ready to apply their skills in a fast-paced surgical environment with a dedicated team.
