Job Description:

Join a busy 34-bed medical-surgical unit in Morgantown, WV, as a Registered Nurse specialized in medical-surgical care with telemetry. This contract position offers four-night shifts per week, working 12 hours each from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, across a 13-week assignment with the possibility of extension. You'll be involved in caring for adult patients on a telemetry unit, managing patient needs with a nurse-to-patient ratio of approximately 1:5 to 1:7. Certification in BCLS and NIH is required, along with at least two years of relevant experience and prior travel assignment experience is not necessary. You'll need to provide a comprehensive application packet—including work history, skills checklist, references, license verification, and certifications—to be considered for this role. This position emphasizes punctuality and dependability, as attendance issues have been a concern for the facility.
