Job Description:

This Pediatric PACU Registered Nurse position offers a hands-on experience in a fast-paced, specialized surgical recovery setting. Working 12-hour days from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., you'll be responsible for monitoring pediatric patients immediately after surgery, managing airways, pain, and vital signs, and ensuring smooth recovery for young patients. The role requires flexibility, as you will be on-call during nights, weekends, and holidays, with the opportunity to float to similar acuity units when needed. You'll collaborate closely with a team of skilled professionals in a dedicated 8-bay unit that emphasizes patient safety and satisfaction, leveraging advanced surgical technology to provide optimal postoperative care.
