Job Description:

Join a dedicated team providing behavioral health services at a busy inpatient hospital for adults. This RN role involves working 12-hour day shifts in a 48-bed facility, where you'll assist with crisis intervention, de-escalation, and behavioral management. Unique to this assignment is rotating between two units, allowing you to experience different facets of behavioral health care within a supportive environment. You'll be engaging with adults who face substance abuse, mood, and psychotic disorders, contributing to their stabilization and recovery process using your skills in communication, empathy, and clinical documentation.
