Job Description:

This 13-week step-down registered nurse contract is an excellent opportunity for those experienced in SD or PCU settings with 1:5 ratio experience. You’ll work 12-hour day shifts (07:00 - 19:30) in a facility that emphasizes team nursing, pairing a nurse with a PCT to improve workload and patient care. The role involves caring for patients with conditions such as COPD, CHF, pneumonia, sepsis, DKA, and post-COVID complications, often working with vents, trachs, and high-flow oxygen devices. Ventilation and EPIC experience are required, along with BLS and ACLS certifications. You’ll have the chance to float between campuses, including Dayton, Centerville, and Englewood, and be part of a team that values flexibility, efficiency, and quality patient outcomes.
