Job Description:

Join a reputable short-term acute care hospital in Bridgeport, CT, as an Oncology Registered Nurse. This 13-week travel assignment features 12-hour daytime shifts from 07:00 to 19:30, working four days per week with every other weekend and holiday shifts required. The role involves administering chemotherapy, managing complex oncology patients, and floating to other Med-Surg units as needed. Knowledge of EPIC charting is essential, along with certifications in BLS, NIHSS, and Chemo (ONS/ONCC). Be prepared for a fast-paced environment at a Level II Trauma Center with 426 staffed beds, providing an excellent opportunity to enhance your oncology nursing skills while experiencing the vibrant healthcare setting.
