Job Description:

This travel opportunity is perfect for a Registered Nurse with oncology chemo certification looking to make a difference on a specialized hematology/oncology unit. The role involves managing care for adult and geriatric patients with acute leukemia, including those newly diagnosed and undergoing chemotherapy. You will be working a 12-hour night shift, with a flexible, self-scheduled approach that adapts to departmental needs. Expect to perform tasks such as administering blood products, managing IV therapy, interpreting telemetry rhythms, and supporting infection prevention and fall prevention protocols. Prior experience with MS/Tele and hematology/oncology, including chemo certification, is essential to succeed in this fast-paced, high-acuity setting. This assignment offers an engaging mix of technical skill application and patient-focused care in a vibrant hospital environment, all while working with a dedicated team committed to safety and quality treatment.
