Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery nurse for a 13-week contract at a busy facility in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role involves providing care for laboring patients, managing cervical exams, fetal monitoring, and neonatal resuscitation. The position requires flexibility to float to nearby units and participate in weekend or occasional on-call duties. Expect to work 12-hour night shifts, with a focus on supporting women through active labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of Labor & Delivery experience, possess an Indiana RN license, and hold current BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications. This assignment offers a hands-on opportunity to work with EPIC documentation and modern OB equipment such as Pyxis medication stations, Hospira IV pumps, and GE fetal monitors.
