Job Description:

This 13-week travel RN position in Phoenix, AZ offers a night shift schedule with 36 hours per week, where you'll take the lead in assessing, planning, and evaluating nursing care for adult patients. Your expertise will be essential in reviewing patient histories, lab results, and diagnostics to develop patient-specific care plans. You will coordinate care delivery, delegate tasks to licensed and non-licensed team members, and ensure the documentation of interventions and patient responses is thorough and timely.
