Job Description:

Join this engaging perioperative nursing role in Wickenburg, Arizona, where you'll be assisting in a vibrant Operating Room department. You'll work in two OR suites and one procedure room, primarily focusing on orthopedic procedures such as knee and hip surgeries, along with minor general cases like hernias and gall bladder removals. This assignment is uniquely centered around scrubbing orthopedic cases—so if you enjoy working closely in the sterile field during complex surgeries, this is a great match. Expect to work Tuesday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, across a 13-week contract with an average weekly gross compensation of approximately $2,354.75. You will report to the Surgical Services Director and will receive unit-specific orientation to get you up to speed quickly. The role offers minimal floating requirements, with occasional help in the Surgery Clinic area, and scrubs are provided for your convenience.
