Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment is a unique opportunity for experienced Medical Surgical - Neuro Registered Nurses to step into a specialized neuro unit in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. You’ll work the night shift, 12 hours per shift, every other weekend, providing critical care to stroke, neurosurgery, epilepsy, and other neuro patients. Your expertise in IV starts, telemetry interpretation, and dysrhythmia management will be essential as you navigate complex cases in a unit that also features a dedicated epilepsy monitoring center. Prepare for a fast-paced environment where continuous learning and teamwork are key, with a focus on neuro-specific procedures and systems like PYXIS, EPIC, and SBAR. Keep in mind, RTO is not permitted after booking, so planning for the full contract duration is essential.
