Job Description:

This travel assignment in Rock Island, IL, offers a unique opportunity for experienced healthcare professionals to step into a high-volume unit that maintains a 1:7 patient ratio. The role involves managing complex cases with advanced medical equipment such as chest tubes, femstops, trachs, CBIs, and central lines. You'll be responsible for administering various medications, including Amiodarone, Cardizem, Nitro, Insulin, Heparin, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Isuprel, Milrinone, and Argatroban, with some titration involved. If you enjoy hands-on work with a focus on critical medical procedures and working in a fast-paced environment, this assignment is tailor-made for you. Expect 12-hour night shifts over a 36-hour weekly commitment, spanning approximately 13 weeks.
