This Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse role places you in Worcester, MA, working on a float maternity unit. You'll cover both Labor & Delivery and postpartum shifts, delivering critical support during high-stakes moments. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM, every other weekend and holiday. This assignment offers a chance to refine skills in a fast-paced setting, with a focus on intermediate and above experience levels. Candidates must prepare for medication and telemetry exams at orientation—remember, one attempt per exam, so study hard!
