Job Description:

Travel into the heart of Grand Marais, MN as an ED-focused nurse who will also float to Med/Surg at a critical access facility. This assignment is designed for nurses who can flex confidently—your weekend rotation follows a Day/Night every 3rd weekend structure, and weekend coverage may be either every other or every 3rd weekend. Expect to work across ED and Med/Surg within the same organization, with cross-training common at this facility, making it a great fit for experienced travelers who enjoy varied acuity and fast transitions.

You’ll support a rural health system where your shift work helps keep multiple services moving, using Meditech EMR. The workday is built around 12-hour rotating shifts (36.0 hours per week), and this role is best suited to a specialty-experienced ED nurse ready to take on Med/Surg alongside ED responsibilities.
