Job Description:

This ICU Registered Nurse position offers a unique opportunity to step into a fast-paced environment focused on adult to geriatric patient populations. You'll be responsible for managing patients with complex diagnoses such as ARDS, Sepsis, Stroke, STEMI, DKA, and other post-op complications. The role involves working 12-hour day shifts, providing essential patient monitoring, administering medications, and responding to emergencies with skill and confidence. While the schedule allows for flexibility with floating within the facility, it requires adaptability to handle patient ratios that can reach 1:3. This assignment is perfect for experienced nurses eager to expand their clinical expertise in a challenging yet rewarding setting.
