Join a dedicated team in the Progressive Care Unit at Mission Hospital, located in Asheville, North Carolina. This 13-week travel assignment offers an engaging opportunity to work in a fast-paced, well-equipped unit that handles neuro and trauma patient cases. As a critical player on the team, you'll manage neuro and spinal checks, operate equipment like IV pumps and chest tubes, and perform procedures such as feeding tube placements and blood transfusions. The role involves 12-hour day shifts, with a typical weekly commitment of 36 hours. Expect to collaborate with a professional, patient-focused staff in a setting that values team play and clinical expertise, enhancing your skills in a high-volume care environment.
