Job Description:

This acute care physical therapy assignment offers a chance to work in a vibrant hospital setting in Apple Valley, California. You'll be focusing on a variety of activities including home exercise programs, facilitating patient transfers, patient and family education, and working within several specialized units such as ICU, geriatrics, medical surgical, orthopedics, and post-stroke rehabilitation. The role involves evaluating patients' mobility, managing assistive devices, conducting gait training, and supporting recovery from injuries and surgeries.
