Job Description:

This contract position requires a registered nurse prepared to assess, plan, implement, and document nursing care across a variety of clinical settings in Phoenix. You'll be responsible for evaluating patients' physical, psychological, social, and spiritual needs, ensuring clinical documentation accuracy, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role involves supervising licensed and non-licensed personnel, providing direct patient care, and actively participating in quality improvement initiatives.
