Job Description:

Join a fast-paced ER and Medical-Surgical unit in Lisbon, ND, for a 13-week assignment that offers a mix of challenging trauma cases, stroke management, and general medicine. You’ll work 12-hour night shifts, providing critical bedside support while interpreting monitors and responding swiftly to emergencies. This role is perfect for experienced ER nurses with at least one year of ER experience, including charge nurse duties and proficiency with trauma and stroke certifications. Expect to handle a variety of patients from pediatrics to geriatrics, with common diagnoses like strokes, STEMIs, respiratory issues, and post-surgical patients. The unit includes dedicated charge nurses and nurse aides, with a focus on teamwork and flexibility in a critical access hospital setting.
