Job Description:

Join a labor and delivery team as a Registered Nurse specializing in OBGYN, working 12-hour night shifts from 6:00pm to 6:30am. This 13-week contract offers an engaging opportunity to support neonates and adult patients in a fast-paced obstetrical setting. The role involves managing fetal monitoring, performing sterile vaginal exams, assisting with epidurals, and ensuring the well-being of mothers and newborns. First-time travelers may be considered based on their experience. Expect collaborative teamwork, utilization of Meditech documentation, and responsibilities that include IUPC placement, fetal heart rate interpretation, and administering blood products. This position demands technical proficiency, strong assessment skills, and the ability to handle obstetrical emergencies with confidence.
