Job Description:

Join the L&D team at John Muir Walnut Creek for a 13-week travel contract working 12-hour night shifts. As an experienced Labor & Delivery registered nurse, you’ll manage high-risk pregnancies, perform vaginal exams, and monitor fetal heart rates using advanced fetal monitors. The role offers the chance to rotate between different units, including Mother Baby, with minimal floating. Your expertise will support a busy unit with 240 deliveries per month, requiring autonomy, strong fetal assessment skills, and comfort with high acuity cases. The schedule includes working four weekends and being available for major holidays, offering a well-rounded, engaging experience in a supportive environment.
