Job Description:

Join our team as an ICU stepdown nurse in Wausau, Wisconsin, for a 13-week contract that offers a blend of professional challenge and steady rhythm. You'll be working in a 36-bed Med Surg Intermediate Care unit with a heavy tele workload, managing patients with ventilators, trachs, sepsis, trauma, and more. This role involves 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with every other weekend and holiday requirements. You'll have the opportunity to float to higher acuity units as needed, providing versatile experience in a fast-paced environment. Prior travel experience, ICU, or trauma background, and proficiency with EPIC charting system are preferred.
