Job Description:

Join our team as an Operating Room Registered Nurse for a 13-week contract in Memphis, Tennessee. This role involves working four 10-hour day shifts, primarily from 07:00 to 17:00. You’ll be supporting surgical procedures in a vibrant hospital setting, with responsibilities including assisting during operations, monitoring patient status pre- and post-surgery, and coordinating with surgical teams. Recent OR experience of at least two years (or three years without travel) is required, with some transplant experience preferred. The position offers the chance to take call shifts—details to be discussed—so you can experience the flexibility and unpredictability of the OR firsthand. Note that block scheduling is not guaranteed, so flexibility is helpful. Applicants must hold a valid Tennessee or compact license, and reside at least 100 miles from the facility. RTO requests are due at time of submission.
