Job Description:

Seeking a skilled Med Surg/Stepdown RN for a 13-week travel contract at a hospital in Rock Island, Illinois. This role involves providing bedside nursing in a 1:5-6 patient ratio, with shifts consisting of 12-hour days. You will be floating to the Stepdown unit as needed, utilizing your Cardiac experience to support patients with more complex needs. The assignment offers a chance to experience a vibrant city while honing your skills in a fast-paced, acute care setting. Prior experience in Med Surg and Stepdown units, ACLS and BLS certifications, and a valid driver’s license are required. First-time travelers are welcome, making this an ideal opportunity to expand your travel nursing career.
