Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment places you in a Med Surg/Ortho unit in Kearney, Nebraska, working 12-hour night shifts. As part of the team, you'll engage in caring for patients recovering from joint replacements, spinal surgeries, and other musculoskeletal procedures. You'll operate in a setting where teamwork and adaptability are valued, with responsibilities including monitoring patients on telemetry boxes, managing pain medications, antibiotics, and blood products, and collaborating with charge nurses, techs, and fellow RNs. The role emphasizes technical proficiency, sound judgment, and a flexible approach to shift rotations and floating across related units.
