Job Description:

Join us as a Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse in Hagerstown, Maryland, for a 20-week contract working 12-hour night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. This role offers the opportunity to work within our LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) unit, alternating between Labor, Triage, and Mother-Baby postpartum care. You'll be rotating through different responsibilities, caring for 3-4 postpartum couples on average or 1-2 labor patients, providing a variety of experiences in a supportive environment. Proficiency with EPIC documentation is required, and certifications such as NRP, AWHONN, FHM, and OB surgical recovery are highly preferred to ensure smooth handling of C-section recoveries. The assignment includes on-call hours, typically amounting to 16-20 hours over a six-week period, with options to pick up additional weekend or weekday shifts to supplement your schedule.
