Job Description:

This Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse role offers a hands-on experience on an LDRP unit, where you'll alternate between Labor, Triage, and Postpartum care—each shift providing new opportunities to hone your skills. You'll rotate through various roles, managing 3-4 postpartum couples and attending to labor patients for 1-2 cases. Familiarity with EPIC EMR is required, and C-section recovery experience is highly preferred. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts, giving you the chance to work overnight while enjoying your days off. Expect to work approximately 36 hours weekly over a 20-week contract, with on-call hours averaging 16-20 hours every six weeks. Whether you're adjusting to the night shift or sharpening your labor and delivery proficiency, this assignment delivers diverse responsibilities in a lively, ever-changing environment.
