Job Description:

This 13-week travel assignment in Gardner, MA, is a chance for registered nurses to step into a fast-paced unit with a touch of the classic New England charm. You'll be working 8-hour daytime shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with opportunities to experience the local flavor on your days off. The role requires at least 2 years of recent nursing experience, familiarity with systems like Omnicell and Meditech Expanse, and ACLS certification. You'll be part of a team that manages a patient load with a target ratio of 1:5, providing essential support in a hospital setting without the need for weekends every week, but every other weekend and holiday are included. Just a heads-up, first-time travelers are not accepted for this unit, but locals are welcome at the travel rate. Your weekly commitment is 40 hours, ensuring a balanced work-life experience in this scenic New England town.
