Job Description:

Seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in Kansas City, Missouri. This assignment offers a comprehensive experience in the LDRP setting, covering antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and neonatal care. The role involves managing high-acuity obstetric cases, assisting with vaginal deliveries, C-sections, and postpartum recovery, while providing family-centered newborn education. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with weekend rotations and on-call responsibilities. Expect to work in a facility that handles less than 100 births per month, with a focus on couplet care and advanced obstetric procedures.
