Job Description:

This ICU contract offers an engaging opportunity for registered nurses specialized in critical care. You will be responsible for managing a variety of complex cardiac and trauma patients with a diverse range of critical drips, including vasopressors, inotropes, sedatives, paralytics, and anticoagulants. The role requires proficiency with Epic EMR and recent ICU experience, particularly with ventilated patients and titratable drips. The shift follows 12-hour days, with self-scheduling and a flexible approach to days off within the assigned block. Expect to work in a fast-paced environment that values expertise in critical patient stabilization and interventions. With a staff of dedicated RTs, patient techs, and in-house intensivists, you'll be supported in delivering high-level care to this trauma-level I/II unit, focusing on maintaining patient stability through precise titrations and interventions. This assignment not only challenges your critical thinking but also provides a chance to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team committed to patient recovery in a vibrant setting.
