Job Description:

This critical care float RN role offers a chance to work across multiple ICU units, including Neuro, Surgical, Medical, Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU. You will be floating to different units based on staffing needs, providing specialized care during night shifts. The position emphasizes flexibility, requiring proficiency with EPIC, ventilator management, IV starts, telemetry, and experience with ICU patient populations. If you thrive on variety and the challenge of adapting to different intensive care environments, this assignment will keep you engaged while offering a steady schedule with 12-hour night shifts over 13 weeks.
