Job Description:

This inpatient rehab nursing role at Frisbie Memorial Hospital offers aunique opportunity to work on the 3 West floor, known for its focus on patient recovery and rehabilitation. The position involves 12-hour day shifts, with a weekly commitment of 36 hours over 13 weeks. You'll be part of a dedicated team providing care to patients recovering from various conditions, including stroke and TBI, using specialized equipment like Baxter and Kangaroo pumps, and EMR systems such as Meditech. The unit maintains a patient ratio of 6:1, supporting an environment where teamwork and efficiency are key. If you thrive in settings that require flexibility, kindness, and thoroughness, this assignment could be an excellent fit, especially for those with IV experience and a background in rehab or med-surg nursing. The role includes opportunities to work across floating areas such as CCU, Med Surg, and ER, offering diverse experiences throughout your contract.
