Job Description:

This contract opportunity places you in a specialized neuro stepdown unit in Charlotte, North Carolina, working 12-hour night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM. As a qualified RN, you will be responsible for managing complex neurological and medical intermediate patients with a focus on titrating medications like LEVO, interpreting dysrhythmias, and handling various IV therapies and procedural care. This role demands a teamwork approach, strict adherence to call-off policies, and meeting behavioral expectations set by Novant. The assignment is designed for experienced professionals who can navigate high-acuity patient needs, utilize EPIC, Pyxis, and SBAR systems, and coordinate seamlessly with other staff members in an intensive environment. The weekly commitment is 36 hours over 13 weeks, offering an engaging and challenging experience in a high-stakes setting.
