Job Description:

Join our team as a Step Down Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit at a reputable healthcare facility in Middletown, Ohio. This 13-week contract offers a unique opportunity to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), providing dedicated patient monitoring and support in a fast-paced setting. No license in hand? No problem—just ensure the required license is obtained before the start date. Be prepared to pass an online EKG Tele competency assessment to demonstrate your readiness. Expect to float occasionally to support various units, including high-risk respiratory and COVID-specific teams. While you’ll be scheduled to work every other weekend and holiday, you’ll gain valuable experience in a collaborative and supportive environment, focusing on patient stabilization and safety rather than direct patient care duties.
