Job Description:

Join a dedicated NICU team as a Registered Nurse in Seattle, Washington, for a 13-week travel assignment. You'll be working in a Level III or IV NICU, caring for newborns from 23 to 24 weeks gestation, in a fast-paced environment that emphasizes high acuity neonatal care. Though you'll mostly focus on direct patient activities, the unit does not admit babies but relies on an Admit Nurse role. Expect to handle complex procedures such as CPAP/BiPAP, high-frequency ventilation, PICC lines, and attend high-risk deliveries and neonatal surgeries. Floating between campuses may be required, but the emphasis remains on providing specialized neonatal care during 12-hour daytime shifts (07:00–19:30). This role offers an engaging experience for RNs with at least three years' NICU experience who thrive in a flexible, high-impact setting.
