Job Description:

This CVICU Registered Nurse position offers a dynamic opportunity for experienced cardiac ICU professionals to showcase their skills in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing critical care on a rotating shift schedule, which includes weekdays, some weekends, and holiday rotations. The role involves floating within units of equivalent or lower acuity, ensuring patient stability through procedures like IV starts, telemonitoring, vents, Swan-Ganz catheters, and conscious sedation. Epic experience is a must, and previous travel experience is preferred. Expect to work 36 hours per week, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, covering 12-hour days or nights. Up to 6 weekend shifts per 4-week period will keep your schedule lively and engaging.
