Job Description:

This RN position on the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) offers a chance to work in a fast-paced environment that balances clinical expertise with patient interaction. You’ll review patient needs, analyze medical information, and develop individualized care plans, ensuring each patient gets the proper, direct attention they need during night shifts. Your role will involve preparing medications, administering treatments, and documenting care protocols with accuracy.
