Job Description:

This 13-week assignment places you in an ICU environment that values advanced clinical skills and quick thinking. As a critical care RN during 12-hour night shifts, you'll be managing patients with complex diagnoses such as sepsis, ARDS, ARF, cardiac arrhythmias, and post-operative recovery. Your experience with central line care, arterial lines, and bedside bronchoscopy will be essential. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside hospitalists and critical care physicians in a fast-paced setting, with a patient ratio that can range from 1:2 to 3 depending on acuity. You'll enjoy a schedule that requires every other weekend and holiday coverage, but the focus remains on delivering top-tier care in a supportive environment.
