Job Description:

Join us for a challenging yet rewarding 13-week contract as a Cardio Thoracic ICU RN in Chesapeake, Virginia. This role offers an opportunity to dive into complex cardiovascular and neuro ICU cases, caring for both post-surgical and step-down patients using the universal bed model. The setting is fast-paced and rewarding, where your expertise in arterial lines, blood products, central lines, and ventilator management will make a real difference. Night shifts are 12 hours, and you'll work every other weekend, with some holiday responsibilities. Expect to work autonomously with patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:2. This assignment is perfect for experienced ICU nurses looking to expand their skills in a vibrant coastal community.

Shift: Night shift, 12 hours (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Duration: 13 weeks with the possibility of extension
