Job Description:

This 13-week contract offers an exciting opportunity for experienced CVICU/CTICU nurses to work in Chesapeake, Virginia, a city known for its waterways and outdoor adventures. The role involves caring for step-down and cardiac surgery patients in a specialized ICU setting, with responsibilities including arterial line management, blood product administration, and ventilator management. Shifts are scheduled as 12-hour night shifts, either 3x12s or 4x12s, with every other weekend, floating, and holiday coverage required. This assignment provides a chance to hone advanced skills in cardiac and neuro care, all while exploring a beautiful coastal region.
