Join us as a Med/Surg RN on a 13-week travel contract at a renowned teaching hospital in Concord, North Carolina. You'll navigate the hospital’s advanced EMR system, EPIC, and manage a variety of medical equipment and medications, making every shift a new challenge and learning opportunity. Job Specifics:

Location: Concord, NC

This position requires a minimum of 18 months of Med/Tele RN experience. You will be working in a hospital with 457 licensed beds, specializing in trauma, stroke, chest pain, and bariatrics. You will handle a variety of clinical tasks, including cardiac rhythm interpretation, trach care, tube management, and medication gtt management, with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5. Floating to different units within the region is expected, and flexibility is essential. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge technology such as EPIC EMR and Alaris IV pumps, with supportive staff including supervisors, charge RNs, and resource RNs. You will be in a team-oriented environment that encourages professional growth and camaraderie, with opportunities to participate in unit book clubs and social activities.
