Job Description:

Join a specialized pediatric intensive care unit (PICU) as a travel healthcare professional on a 13-week contract. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts in a vibrant, fast-paced setting with an average census of only 2 patients, allowing for focused care on critically ill children. You will be managing respiratory failure, seizures, dehydration, and other complex conditions, with access to advanced ventilator and medication management, including titrable drips like insulin and sedatives. This opportunity is ideal for experienced PICU travelers who enjoy a hands-on, high-responsibility role in a supportive environment with in-house intensivists and a dedicated team. Expect some floating to general pediatrics and burn units, with orientation to each specific area, ensuring a smooth transition into your assignment.
