Job Description:

Join a dedicated NICU team at HCA Florida Mercy Hospital in Miami, FL, for a 13-week contract that offers a hands-on experience caring for high-risk neonates. In this role, you'll work 10-hour day shifts, providing essential support from delivery and recovery to stabilization and discharge. The unit features advanced equipment such as giraffes isolettes, panda warmers, and ventilators, offering a chance to work with cutting-edge technology. The schedule includes three shifts per week with an additional call shift, giving you a structured yet flexible work environment to hone your neonatal skills while assisting in both postpartum and nursery settings. This assignment provides the unique opportunity to directly impact vulnerable newborns while working in a busy yet collaborative team environment.
