Job Description:

Join us for an engaging travel Medical Laboratory Technician role in Covington, LA, where your skills support the core functions of the hospital's clinical laboratory services. You will be working in both the Core Lab and Blood Bank, performing critical lab tests and procedures that directly impact patient outcomes. This 13-week contract features a rotating 10-hour day shift, with a schedule of 7 days on followed by 7 days off, offering a balanced work-life experience. The position is perfect for experienced technologists with at least two years of hospital clinical laboratory experience, specifically in trauma-level II settings, who hold an active LA license and ASCP certification. Epic experience is preferred but not required. Please note, this opportunity does not accept first-time travelers, focusing instead on those with proven laboratory know-how eager to contribute to a vital healthcare environment.
