Job Description:

Join a community hospital in Fishers, Indiana, for a 13-week travel assignment as a Medical Surgical RN. This role involves working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, primarily caring for Med/Surg patients admitted from OR, ED, or downgrades from ICU/PCU. The unit manages approximately 8-12 admits over a 24-hour period and aims for a 5:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, with occasional flexibility to 6:1. Experience of at least two years is required, with certifications in BLS and NIHSS preferred. First-time travelers are welcome, provided they meet the experience criteria. Be prepared to work 2-3 major holidays during your contract. This assignment offers charge pay for qualified nurses and the opportunity to support a crucial Med/Surg unit in a close-knit hospital setting.
