Job Description:

Join the Surgical Trauma unit at Medical City Denton for a 13-week travel RN position specializing in Trauma Stepdown care. This role offers you the chance to work on the 5th floor, where you'll be supporting patients recovering from a variety of complex surgical interventions such as trauma, bariatric, vascular, neuro/spine, and orthopedic surgeries. You'll be involved in monitoring acute post-op patients and managing conditions like CVA, TBI, chest pain, sepsis, and cardiac dysrhythmias. The shift is a 12-hour night schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM, providing a balance of work and personal time. Expect to collaborate with a skilled team and develop your expertise in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment that emphasizes teamwork and adaptability.
