Job Description:

Join a versatile float pool RN team providing specialized care across ER, ICU, MedSurg, Tele, L&D/PP, and NICU units at multiple facilities in Boise, Meridian, and Nampa. This role offers the chance to work in different environments, floating within your specialty only—no lower acuity areas. Expect to handle a variety of duties, including titrating IV drips like insulin, interpreting telemetry, and supporting diverse patient needs. The schedule features 12-hour night shifts for 13-week assignments, with a focus on maintaining a professional yet approachable work atmosphere in well-coordinated facilities.
